Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant:
Available to provide consultation to providers who are looking to become a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals or for providers needing more guidance in their cases.
I have been working with the eating disorder population for over ten years. I have worked at the residential, php/iop and outpatient levels of care. I also have lived experience as both in recovery from an eating disorder and being in a larger body.
I have been trained in Family Based Treatment for adolescents, CBT-E for adults, and CBT-AR for adolescents and adults struggling with ARFID. I like to utilize harm reduction approaches as well into my work with eating disorders.
I specialize in treating all eating disorders including ARFID and am currently on the board of the ARFID Collaborative. I am also a former board member of the Los Angeles IAEDP Chapter where I sat as the Certificate Chair. I am currently helping to spearhead the Los Angeles Eating Disorder Collective and am passionate about bringing awareness to the community about the treatment of eating disorders.
Supervision for LCSW licensure in California and New York:
Certified through the BBS in California and NYSED in New York State to provide supervision hours towards clinical licensure.
